Community Construction – Sandy Relief – Clean up and Restoration

Help make a difference in the communities where we live and work. Yes, the shore is still rebounding, and you can be a part of rebuilding it! Contact Paul Fellingham pf1937@att.com

Pick An Angel

In this signature Pioneer project, we work closely with area agencies to obtain wish lists of gifts for area children in need and (with your help!) we make sure all children receive a holiday gift. Stop by our tables and “pick an angel”, then purchase the gift noted on the angel tag. Each year the Jersey Shore Club distributes over 500 wrapped gifts at Year End Holiday time to local charities. Help staff tables during your lunch hour. Contact Cindy Cama cc4382@att.com

MonmouthCares helps children and their families face behavioral and emotional challenges. They are always in need of help for their IT staff as they reach out and try to educate and bring tools to sister agencies throughout the area. Many programs, both client-facing and administrative, benefit from volunteer help. Contact Sandy Egizi se2986@att.com

School Supplies Collection

This collection benefits both Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth and Middlesex Counties and MonmouthCares, both of whom distribute school supplies and backpacks to students prior to the start of the school year. Volunteers help advertise the drive, pack the supplies, and often participate in BBBS events, like the Back to School pizza party for Bigs and Littles and families. Contact Sandy Egizi se2986@att.com or Cindy Cama cc4382@att.com

Monmouth County SPCA

The Monmouth County SPCA’s mission is to protect and advocate for all animals. The Pioneers have coordinated several towel and linen collections and an on-campus Pet Adoption Event. Volunteers are always welcome, either for Middletown campus events or at the organization’s HQ in Eatontown. Contact Lisa Petrick lp4555@att.com

The CPC Foundation

The CPC Foundation raises funds to support mental health and special education services to children, teens, adults and families. The AT&T Pioneers help plan and staff events during the year, and volunteers have helped with both indoor and outdoor projects at the High Point Schools and CPC Counseling Centers. Contact Sandy Egizi se2986@att.com

Vendor Program

AT&T Pioneers brings vendors into the AT&T Middletown building. The vendors sell their wares and the Pioneers receive a portion of the proceeds, which is then used to support Pioneer charitable projects. Contact Debbie Brudnicki db1814@att.com or Paula Pfaff pp1783@att.com

Pioneer Store

The AT&T Pioneers Store is located in the Pioneers Vendor area on the second floor of Building A and is open midday on the 2nd Wednesday and 4th Thursday of each month. Our sales of AT&T branded merchandise helps support our community projects. Choose from T-shirts, sweats, hats, mugs, tote bags and much more. Inventory continually changes so please visit. Volunteers are welcome. Contact Pat Hamilton phamilton_us@verizon.net

Cell Phones for Soldiers

Pioneers collect old cell phones (with batteries and chargers) that are recycled to support our military personnel. These phones can be dropped off at the Building A Pioneers Vendor area in the Middletown facility.  Your donation is tax-deductible.  Contact Harvey Cohen hc2182@att.com

Eyeglasses Collection

Eyeglasses, sunglasses and their cases are collected for donation to the local Lions Club.  The Lions Club refurbishes the old sets and distributes them to the needy.  Glasses and cases can be dropped off at the Building A Pioneers Vendor area in the Middletown facility.
