The AT&T Pioneers recently held a Strategic Planning Conference for the Inaugural AT&T
Pioneers National Board and Committee Members. The event was held March 30 through April
1st in Dallas, Texas and was attended by 56 of the 65 newly selected members.
The primary purpose of the conference was for each of the Committees and the Board to clearly
identify their roles and responsibilities for the year and to ultimately leave the event with a
strategic plan in hand. The event included a welcome from AT&T AVP Community Engagement
Janiece Evans-Page who provided an overview of the Community Engagement Team and their
mission and priorities for 2012 and culminated with each committee presenting their base
strategic plan to the Board for approval. Be sure to check back regularly for updates and new
